Cadillac ATS car insurance
Paying more than you absolutely have to for your car insurance amounts to nothing more than a waste of money. Sure, $10 or $15 between quotes may not seem like very much, but over time, that can really add up. This is especially true for Cadillac car insurance, since it tends to be a little bit more expensive than policies on other vehicles. To learn how to save money on your Cadillac auto insurance, just keep reading.
A Brief History of the Cadillac ATS
The Cadillac ATS has been in production since 2012, and started selling to consumers in 2013. Since then, it has expanded across the US, Mexico, Canada, Europe, China, Japan, South Korea, and the Middle East. It is considered to be a luxury compact sedan, and comes in either the regular 4 door model, or a 2 door coupe.

Cadillac ATS in the News
During its debut years, the Cadillac ATS earned “Car of the Year” award from Esquire, and “Luxury Car Of The Year” from Popular Mechanics. Its sales were also strong in 2013, with over 38,000 units sold. However, sales have been declining in recent years. 2017 sales amounted to little more than 13,000 units. This may be why there are rumors circulating that the upcoming CT5 is intended to replace the ATS model
Comparing Cadillac ATS Auto Insurance
All the luxury vehicles are expensive to insure no matter where you live, you’ll be able to get a better price in some areas rather than others. Your insurance company determines this but taking your zip code into account when they draw up your policy. Living in safe areas with low traffic will get you great discounts over areas that don’t share such characteristics.
Of course, another thing that will determine your monthly premium is the insurance company who is calculating the price of your policy. No to insurance companies are like, which means that no two quotes will be like, either. For many drivers, it can be difficult to know which insurance company will offer them the best rate if they don’t know how to comparison-shop.
Did your insurance company ask for your credit score of the last time you shopped for an auto insurance policy? Well, unless you live in California, Massachusetts, or Hawaii, they probably did. Insurance companies in the other 47 States are legally allowed to incorporate some aspects of your credit score into their evaluation. The better the credit you have, the better the chance you have at getting an affordable insurance rate.
At the end of the day, the quickest and easiest way to make sure you’re getting an affordable insurance right is to shop around and compare quotes. You only need to compare about three or four companies to get a really good price; but comparing more than that will get you a great price. Of course, comparing so many quotes can be tedious and tiresome. But by using the quote generator on this page, you can get multiple, accurate quotes and a fraction of the time.
