When you join Liberty Mutual, enroll in the RightTrack program available in your state. You will immediately receive a small sign-on discount.

  • Plug-in users will receive their device after signing the terms and conditions. You must plug the device into the OBD port of your car within 30 days of receiving it.

  • Mobile app users will receive an email with instructions after enrolling in the program. All drivers on your policy need to download the program.

In all cases, the program evaluated your driving for 90 days. You will receive a score through the My RightTrack portal, which will lead to a discount between 5 to 30 percent.

To add a driver to your program, contact Liberty Mutual customer service. The Liberty Mutual phone number is 1-866-274-0892.
